Important Bantam Team Information The Patriots and Wildcat Youth Hockey are joining at the Bantam level for one year to make two Co Op teams. Per WAHA's decision, the A team will play as the Patriots and the B team will play as Wildcats. This allows us to field competitive teams with similarly skilled skaters playing together in a safer and more enjoyable environment. In-House Programs Level 1 (ages 4 and up) For children who have never been on skates or have limited skating experience. It is designed to build self-confidence on the ice with emphasis on the fundamentals of skating and stickhandling. Sessions are Sunday afternoons for 45 minutes. Season is broken into two 8 week sessions: November – December and January – February. Level 2 (ages 5-7) Teaches kids with at least one year of skating experience the basic components of the forward and backward stride as well as more advanced skating techniques when appropriate.
